• Proof of posting/transmission will not be taken as proof of receipt.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
• This competition is not open to employees of Newtel Limited, its subsidiaries or their families.
• The competition is open to Channel Island residents only.
• No purchase necessary.

Prize

• No alternative cash prize is available.
• The prize is non-transferrable.

• No liability is accepted by Newtel Limited for any loss arising from or connected with the competition whatsoever, or for lost, damaged or incompletely received entries. 
• The winner of the competition will be picked at random by Newtel Limited.
• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered to.
• Newtel Limited reserves the right to use the winner's name and photographs in connection with any publicity whatsoever surrounding the competition and/or Newtel Limited.
• Newtel may also use the entrants data for marketing purposes in the future. The information will not be passed on to any third parties.
