If you are a new customer and need a modem, fixed or wireless, our customer management team will pre-configure the unit, allowing you to take it home, just plug it in enabling you to join the World Wide Web in moments.

We supply 2 models of routers; fixed and wireless. The fixed router is suitable for 1 computer connected via an Ethernet cable. The wireless router can have up to 4 computers connected via an Ethernet cable and up to as many wireless connections as you wish. All wireless routers are configured with a secure password and passed onto the account holder.

Up to 8Meg residential option requires an ADSL2+ compatible router please check requirements. As explained, fixed router and wireless options are available, telephone 506400 for further information, where details of installation charges can also be obtained.
